Wholesale Terms and Conditions

This department is for the purpose of Wholesalers only.

Please note terms have been updated: You must first register for a Wholesale Account. This can be done by filling out the short form here Create Wholesale Account You may qualify for a Wholesale purchase in one of two ways.

You must purchase a minimum of 12 items. This may be a mixture of any products displayed on our website. There is no minimum spend if purchasing 12 items.
Spend a minimum £300 GBP (approx. €375 Euro / $390 USD / $510 CAD) . There is no minimum number of items required if spending over this value.

If neither of the above conditions are met, you will only be able to checkout as a retail customer without Wholesale special discounts.

If you are registered as a wholesale user and would like to purchase below the minimum quantity, you will only be able to proceed to the checkout with the retail prices.

Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed.
(this may be longer on weekends and public holidays).
Please note that all transactions are processed in British Pound Sterling.
The amount shown in your selected currency may not be the exact amount which will appear on your statement. This is to the discretion of your bank.
Please note that the amount shown in any other currency besides British Pounds Sterling, is a guide price only. The amount displayed is calculated according to the daily rate of exchange. Should there be a difference, it shall be minimal and may sometimes be to your benefit.

RETURNS

Merchandise once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless any defect in the goods has been notified to us in writing within 7 days of purchase and those defective goods returned to us within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@middlesextextiles.com and once agreed by us, send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an damaged of defective item from Overseas (Outside Mainland United Kingdom), please follow the procedure below:

Please Mark the parcel/items as a Return of Zero Value. Failure to do so will otherwise incur a customs fee which the seller Middlesex Textiles cannot be liable for and thus the parcel will be returned to sender which may come at further cost to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we have been notified of a wish to Return all or a part of an order; and that it has been agreed in principle then Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification in the same condition as they were received. Once your items have been received, you will be notified. Once the contents have been inspected and passed, a refund shall then be authorised. Please note that funds can take up to 5 working days to show up in your account. Please Note : If any items/orders are returned to Middlesex Textiles without having followed all the above procedures, then Middlesex Textiles reserve the right to refuse the issue of a refund. The customer shall be liable to any return costs or customs charges.

Shipping

International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive, please note we are not responsible for these charges. Goods are normally delivered within 5 working days of an order being placed and the transaction being successfully processed, however on many previous occasions have arrived sooner. Once an item is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number for the package. This way the customer can, at his/her convenience, check the location of their package and arrival expectancy. Packages sent within mainland United Kingdom or the European Union (EU) are normally sent via DPD. Packages sent to the U.S.A or Canada or Australia are normally sent via Fedex. Packages sent to Non EU Europe are normally sent via Parcelforce. Packages sent to Nigeria are sent via a local shipping agent, please contact us for more info and prices. Shipping charges will be reflected in the "View cart" section of the website after you select your delivery address .
